Return and Cancellation Policy

All orders placed with Sharper Gifts, Inc. are custom. When your order is submitted work starts on it immediately even if shipping times are weeks out there is much work that goes into even the smallest of orders, therefore there are no cancellations or returns. In certain cases we may authorize an in store credit, this depends on many factors and is considered on a job by job basis. If we decide to give any refund we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any typesetting fees, chargeback fees or any other unpaid balances.
